Our policies for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling
Overview
At Supplierelitecol, we understand that plans can change. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of workshop bookings. We strive to be fair and accommodating while also ensuring we can continue to provide quality creative experiences for all our participants.
By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before making your reservation.
Workshop Cancellation by Participant
If you need to cancel your workshop booking, the following refund schedule applies:
- Cancellation 14 or more days before the scheduled workshop: Full refund minus a $15 administrative fee.
- Cancellation 7-13 days before the scheduled workshop: 75% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation 3-6 days before the scheduled workshop: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the scheduled workshop: No refund will be issued.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone with your booking confirmation number. Cancellations must be received during our business hours to be processed for the corresponding refund tier.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your workshop date rather than cancel entirely. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
- Rescheduling requests made 7 or more days before the original workshop date: Free rescheduling to any available future date within 90 days.
- Rescheduling requests made 3-6 days before the original workshop date: One-time rescheduling allowed with a $25 rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the original workshop date: Subject to availability and a $50 rescheduling fee.
All rescheduled workshops must be completed within 90 days of the original booking date. Extensions beyond this period may be granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Workshop Cancellation by Supplierelitecol
While rare, there may be circumstances that require us to cancel a scheduled workshop. These may include:
- Insufficient enrollment (minimum participant requirements not met)
- Instructor illness or emergency
- Facility issues or maintenance emergencies
- Severe weather conditions that pose safety concerns
- Public health guidelines or restrictions
In the event that we cancel a workshop, you will be entitled to your choice of:
- A full refund of your booking amount
- Rescheduling to another available date at no additional cost
- Credit toward a future workshop equal to your booking amount plus 10%
We will make every effort to notify you of cancellations at least 48 hours in advance, though in emergency situations shorter notice may be unavoidable.
Private Event Cancellations
Private group events have different cancellation terms due to the custom nature of these bookings:
- Cancellation 30 or more days before the event: Full refund minus 10% of booking amount for administrative costs.
- Cancellation 14-29 days before the event: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation 7-13 days before the event: 25% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
Deposits for private events are generally non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled events within the same calendar year.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled workshop without prior notice (a "no-show"), no refund or credit will be issued. We encourage you to contact us if you are running late, as we may be able to accommodate delayed arrivals depending on the circumstances and nature of the workshop.
Repeated no-shows may result in requirements for pre-payment or limitations on future bookings.
Materials and Supplies
All workshop fees include materials and supplies needed for the session. If you have requested special materials or supplies that were ordered specifically for your workshop:
- The cost of custom materials may not be refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
- Special materials may be shipped to you at your expense if you cancel after they have been ordered.
- Some premium workshop packages include take-home supply kits. These components may be shipped to you or deducted from your refund amount if applicable.
Gift Certificates and Vouchers
Gift certificates and promotional vouchers are subject to the following terms:
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Gift certificates are transferable but non-refundable.
- Promotional vouchers and discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- Expired gift certificates may be renewed for an administrative fee of $15.
- If a workshop is cancelled using a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing.
- Bank transfer refunds may take 10-15 business days to process.
- You may opt to receive your refund as studio credit, which can be applied to any future booking or purchase.
Special Circumstances
We recognize that extraordinary circumstances may arise that are beyond your control. We handle the following situations on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation:
- Personal or family medical emergencies
- Travel disruptions due to airline cancellations or severe weather
- Jury duty or legal obligations
- Military deployment
Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any of these circumstances, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:
- Email us with your booking confirmation number and reason for cancellation.
- Call us during business hours at the phone number listed below.
- Visit our studio in person during operating hours.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your cancellation request to be processed and confirmed.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy. Bookings made prior to policy changes will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of booking.
